MAXI-SOFT DUO™ INSOLES


MAXI-Soft Duo™ is an innovative compensated insole design, specifically for extended standing positions.

It combines both an insole and a comfort layer directly in contact with the sole of the foot.

This removable comfort insole is made of 2 materials :

  • A "SOFT" layer of Dynamic polyurethane from BASF® with shape memory, thermosensitive and active on the entire foot surface.
    Directly under the sole of the foot, "SOFT" improves weight distribution by reducing pressure points and discomfort.

  • An integrated anti-fatigue insert size "MAXI" made of Elastopan from BASF®, an elastomer used for anti-fatigue mats.
    Placed under the welcome layer, this MAXI insert allows to cushion, to relieve the body stress in prolonged standing, walking or trampling and thus to reduce the risks of TMS (musculoskeletal disorders) of the lower limbs.




A central element of the J-INDUSTRY line, MAXI-Soft Duo™ 's two combined technologies balance posture and provide an undeniable sense of comfort, that is directly perceptible to the user at the workstation.
J-INDUSTRY offers a different approach to traditional safety footwear design since the comfort technology is integrated directly into the insole and not the sole. This direct contact with the sole of the foot allows the wearer to feel the benefits immediately and enjoy them fully.

Thanks to its elastic deformation capacity, this insole provides both progressive and prolonged cushioning throughout the step or when walking, as well as energy return when pushing for a guaranteed anti-fatigue effect.
