Safety
In addition to its remarkable versatility - resistance to direct contact with heat sources up to 300°C, as well as to oils, hydrocarbons, acids and alkalis - the Triftane™ sole offers incredible and class leading slip resistance. Each sole pattern is independent and features its own suspension system for improved distribution of foot pressure on the ground. The sole patterns have distinct edges to induce the break up of the thin liquid film that moves in-between the sole of the shoe and the floor surface. The distribution and shape of the sole patterns correspond to the feet pressure zones, thus optimising the contact area with the floor. NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) has a colossal 60 Shore hardness rating for superior durability and slip resistance.
Comfort
Your comfort is ensured by the supple middle Softane™ layer, which also acts as a thermal insulator to protect your heel and arch from excess heat.
